Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball  


 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese

1 t. seasoned salt

2 T. chopped onion

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped dates

1 cup golden raisins

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup chopped pecans




Combine the cream cheese, salt and onion.

Add the cheddar cheese, dates, raisins, cranberries and ½ cup pecans.

Mix well and shape into a ball.

Roll the cheese ball in the other ½ cup chopped pecans.



Serve with graham crackers or cookies.

(This can also be made low fat by using the reduced fat cheeses.)
