Blueberry Smoothie

Reserved: One   Of my  Favorites!


¾ cup fresh blueberries
½ frozen banana (sliced)
1 cup almond milk
1 – 8 oz. Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 ½ t. flax seed
1 ½ t. chia seeds
¾ cup crushed ice


Combine all ingredients in blender.  Blend on medium speed until well blended and smooth
