This recipe comes from Peggy Jenkins of Indianapolis, IN. She tells us:

I only drink Herbal tea, but when I run out, I'm impatient at having to go buy more.  The last time that happened, I thought, "I'll try to make some from scratch."  Here is what I do for Cinnamon Tea:

Cinnamon Tea


3 cups cold water in porcelain teapot
2 dashes ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg



Heat in microwave 5 to 6 minutes. Let steep 10 minutes.
The longer it sits and cools, the stronger it becomes. It can be reheated
whenever you want another cup.
