Summer Slush



6 cups water

1 ½ cups sugar

1 large orange juice concentrate

1(46 oz.) can pineapple grapefruit juice

5 bananas

Gingerale or 7 Up


Bring water to a boil and add sugar until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Puree the bananas, and mix all the juices together.

Add the sugar water mixture. Mix well.

Freeze in cup-sized containers for individual servings or in quart-sized to serve in a punch bowl.

Partially thaw, and place in a glass or punch bowl to serve.

Garnish with a slice of fruit.
