Christmas Morning Coffee Cake

Pumpkin Spice Latte


2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ t. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 t. baking powder
¼ t. salt


6 T. brown sugar
1 ½ t. cinnamon
½ cup chopped nuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Combine topping mixture and set aside.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together in mixer.
Add sour cream and mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Slowly add dry ingredients until combined.
Pour half the batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the topping over the batter.
Pour remaining batter and add the rest of the topping.
Bake 45-60 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and remove from pan.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
