Easy Pumpkin Truffles


1 roll Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 T. pumpkin pie spice
½ cup canned pumpkin
12 oz. white candy melts or candy coating


Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Break up the cookie dough into large bowl.
Add pumpkin pie spice and canned pumpkin.
Beat with electric mixer on medium until blended.
Form balls with the dough and place two inches apart on cookie sheet
Bake 8 minutes.
Refrigerate about 15 minutes.

Melt candy melts as directed on package.
Dip balls in coating letting the excess drip off.
Place on parchment-lined cookie sheet to harden.
