Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove skins from peaches and slice.
Place peaches in a buttered 8x11 pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and extract and mix.
Toppings directions:
Stir together flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
Add egg and mix with hands.
Knead until dough forms a soft ball.
Crumble dough over the peaches.
Melt butter and pour over topping.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
