Pineapple Cake

w/Cream Cheese Frosting




2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
¼ cup water
2 t. baking soda



Beat eggs and then add the remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
Pour into a sheet cake pan – 18 x 24.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.



1 stick softened butter
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
½ box powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix altogether.


Cake can be iced while still warm.
Add crushed nuts to the top if desired.
