St. Patrick’s Green Fudge





1 jar vanilla frosting
12 ounces white chocolate candy melts
Green gel food coloring
1 t. peppermint extract




Line an 8 x 8 pan with foil.
Microwave the frosting until slightly thin - around 30 seconds.
Stir in peppermint extract and food coloring.
Microwave the candy melts, stirring every 30 seconds until almost completely melted.
Gently stir the candy melts and frosting together and spread into pan.
Refrigerate 30 minutes and then cut into squares.

For thicker pieces, double the recipe. Optional: add sprinkles.
