Greek Roast Beef


Brown a chuck roast (or your favorite cut) in a skillet with olive oil.

Place roast in large oven roaster.

Add 1 lb. sliced or whole carrots to one side, 2-3 cans green beans on one side, and 5 quartered potatoes on the other side.

Season everything with oregano, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

Cover with water, and add water as needed during cooking time.


Bake at 350° for at least three hours.


In the last hour of cooking, add small box of spaghetti or macaroni and large can of tomato sauce.
