Mexican Chicken  


3 (cooked) chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1½ cups grated American cheese (reserve 1 cup)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 bag Doritos

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Tear chicken in small pieces. Butter casserole dish.
Fill with chips. Pour half of mixture over chips.
Add another layer of chips and another layer of mixture.
Top with Doritos.
Cook for 30 minutes at 350.
Top with cheese and cook until melted.
