Oven Brisket



Season any size brisket with enough soy sauce and liquid smoke flavoring to generously cover the meat. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator. Wrap in heavy foil and put in low oven (275°) for 7-8 hours. Brisket can be cooked overnight. Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
