Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

4 lg potatoes baked and mashed

½ cup cream cheese

½ cup sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup chopped onion

½ cup milk

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Spread potatoes in an ungreased 13”x 9” baking pan.

Add remaining ingredients.

Stir and mix well; cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
