Decorations:
Fill teacups with candles and use as centerpieces. It is also pretty to take the lid off a teapot and set a votive candle inside. Prop the lid against the teapot. Add Christmas ornaments and greenery around the centerpiece. Small tealight candles can also be scattered on the table.
The DIY Network gives explicit instructions on making your own teacup filled candles. Check this site: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/cr_candles/article/0,,DIY_13748_2274493,00.html

Just for fun ask every lady to bring her own china teacup. It makes a beautiful display.
Favors:
Place one Bigelow tea bag at each place setting. Bigelow teas are individually wrapped in nice foil wrapping.
Game:
Just for fun see who can come up with the most words that begin with the letters “tea”.
Give a box of special tea as the prize.
Doorprize:
Find a vintage teapot at an antiques store for a very special doorprize. Also a gift basket filled with tea items (teacup, teabags, tea strainer, etc.) makes a great prize.
Devotion:
Have someone speak on the topic “Jesus is the Reason for the Season.”
Another idea is to follow the theme and have speakers on the following subjects:
Tea’s the Season for……
Giving
Joy
Love
Family
Consecration
