1 lb. Italian sausage, browned and drained 1 16 oz. bag frozen cheese tortellini 1 5 oz. bag fresh spinach 2 – 14.5 oz. cans Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained 1 – 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks 4 cups chicken broth
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker on low heat. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
Optional: Can add mushrooms and also red pepper flakes.
