Directions:
In large saucepan, combine cauliflower, onion, broth and bouillon.
Cover and cook on medium heat until tender.
In another pan, melt butter.
Stir in flour until smooth and gradually add milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until thickened.
Reduce heat. Stir in cheese until melted and add seasonings.
Pour into the cauliflower mixture.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Add parsley.
