Texas Caviar

Ingredients:

2 14 oz. cans black-eyes peas, drained
1 -15 oz. can white hominy, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 green tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Directions:

Stir together the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the dressing to the mixture and stir until combined.

Serve with the scoop Tortilla Chips.
