Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick,
eggs, margarine and vanilla in electric blender. Blend on low
speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let
stand about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350°
for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
