Directions:
Brown ground beef in
skillet with chopped onions; cook until onions are tender.
Drain off excess fat and transfer to casserole dish. Add
a layer of sliced raw potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Shred carrots to cover potatoes. Pour soup on top. Bake
at 350° for 40 – 50 minutes or until potatoes
are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for another
five minutes until melted. |
