Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
6-8 eggs & milk blended as for scrambled eggs
1 can crescent rolls
1 lb. Bob Evan’s ground sausage – fry and drain
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
Salt to taste
Optional: green pepper and onion sautéed in butter
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with PAM and cover with crescent rolls sealing the seams.
Add the eggs and sausage and top with the cheese.
Bake at 350° for thirty minutes.
