Directions:
- Crack two eggs into the bag, and shake to combine them.
- Put out a variety of ingredients such as cheese, ham, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, hash browns, salsa, etc.
- Each guest adds the prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shakes the bag to mix them well.
- Make sure to get all the air out of the bag, and zip it.
- Place all the bags into a cooker of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pan. If you have more omelets, cook in another pan.
- Cut the bags, and the omelet will roll out easily.
