Baked Squash

Ingredients:

1 qt. squash
1 med. Onion
1 stick margarine
5 slices cheese
3 T. sugar
Salt
Pepper
Ritz crackers

 

Directions:

Boil squash with onion diced into it until tender. Drain. Add margarine, cheese, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on top of stove until cheese is melted. Put into baking dish. Crush enough crackers to cover the top of the squash. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
