Method One:
Peel back the husks and remove the silks on the end of the corn.
Remove part of the husks also leaving only a few to cover the corn.
Add butter, salt and any seasoning that you like.
(Some prefer to use olive oil and then add the butter when serving.)
Then cover the corn with the husks and place directly on the grill.
Turn the corn frequently. Corn will be done in 10-15 minutes.
(Corn can first be soaked in water if you prefer not to have the smoky flavor from the husks charring.)
OR
Method Two:
Wash corn and remove all husks and silks. Place each individual cob on a piece of tin foil and add butter, salt and any other seasonings. (Each wrapped separately) Place on grill and cook for 15 minutes turning frequently. Very easy and delicious!
Suggested Seasonings:
Garlic Butter, Seasoned Salt, Lime, Tony’s Seasoning, Basil, Parmesan Cheese
