Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


            • 3 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
            • 1 t. salt
            • 1 T. seasoned salt
            • ½ cup melted butter
            • ½ t. garlic powder


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter, garlic powder and salt and stir until evenly coated.

Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring every 15 minutes until toasted.

Cool completely on baking sheet.

Cute idea for serving : Scoop insides from a small pumpkin and fill with the roasted seeds. Prop lid beside or on top of the pumpkin.
