7-Up Cake


  • 1 box of lemon cake mix (without pudding)
  • 3.4 ounce box of instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs at room temperature
  • ¼ cup canola oil
  • 1 - 12 oz. can regular 7-Up


Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix together the cake and pudding mix.
In a medium size mixing bowl, beat together eggs and oil.
Stir in 7-Up.
Slowly blend the cake and pudding mixture into the egg mixture.
Beat on medium speed for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
Pour into a 13×9 baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely.
Frost with cream cheese frosting, lemon frosting, or your preference.
