Pumpkin Pie


1 cup sugar
½ t. salt
1 ½ t. cinnamon
½ t. nutmeg
1 ½ c. canned pumpkin
1 large can Carnation milk
3 eggs
1 T. flour


Mix all together and pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 35 minutes more.

Cool and add Cool Whip or whipped cream to each slice.
