Creamy Cauliflower  




1 head of cauliflower

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup light mayonnaise

2 t. lemon juice

Paprika to taste



Separate cauliflower and cook in salted water for ten minutes or until tender, and then drain.

Combine remaining ingredients and heat in microwave. Pour over cauliflower.

Sprinkle with paprika.
