Hash Brown Casserole  



2 pound bag frozen hash browns
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion
½ cup corn flakes
½ cup melted margarine

Put hash browns in large bowl and allow to thaw.
Mix remained of ingredients with hash browns.
Put in glass pan, lightly greased.
Top with corn flakes.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
